Build Notes
This was a bread and butter flip build. The CPU, motherboard, RAM, PSU, SSD, and case were all from prior hauls. The HDD was off Ebay, the GPU (originally purchased by me on Craigslist) was brought back from my cousin’s PC. Building in the NZXT 510 is always easy, and the bling was added with the usual fans + ARGB controller combo off Amazon.
Performance-wise, it was a solid budget performer, achieving 144+FPS in Overwatchk 2 and averaging 80+FPS in Marvel Rivals.

Sale Notes
I listed this build for sale on 5/26 for $500. After about a week with no serious offers, I cut the price to $475. A buyer then reached out on 6/4. He asked if I could meet in his city and we ended up agreeing to meet in the middle at a grocery store. I had proposed meeting later in the evening to avoid traffic and he expressed being more comfortable when it was still light out, which I was more than happy to accommodate. Before the meet, the buyer also messaged asking if I had a monitor for sale and I just so happened to have the 240Hz HP Omen X 25f from a past haul. I offered it to him for $75 and he agreed.
The transaction went smoothly. During our meet-up small talk, I learned the buyer was a butcher and he clued me in to the chuck eye steak, a butcher’s cut that’s comparable to a ribeye at a fraction of the cost. He only had $20 bills and so was willing to give me $560, but he was a cool guy and I gave it to him for $540 (a $10 discount on the monitor). In summary, a profit of $258.
